Celebrating the Importance of Music with Rootle
March is Music in Our Schools Month, a time dedicated to celebrating the importance of music education in schools and communities. Celebrate by watching music-themed PBS KIDS specials, and join in the fun around North Carolina with our Rootle Ambassadors. Rootle is feeling extra groovy this month with weekly marathons of Donkey Hodie as the Rootle Block Party Star, every Saturday and Sunday from 7 to 10 AM and again from 1 to 4 PM.
Don’t let the music stop there. Check out our PBS KIDS music-themed games and family crafting activities, like making music with everyday objects and creating your own bongos.
