PBS North Carolina Recognized with 10 Emmy® Nominations in 2021

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC, 11/30/2021 — PBS North Carolina earned 10 Midsouth Regional Emmy® Award nominations during last night’s nominations livestream. The winners, recognized for excellence in television production, will be announced during the 36th Midsouth Regional Emmy® Awards in late February 2022.

Materials broadcast, cablecast or webcast in the Midsouth Region, which encompasses the states of North Carolina (except Asheville) and Tennessee, plus northern Alabama, from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 were eligible for entry. Nominations are announced during the week of Thanksgiving. Emmy® Awards are granted at a live event in Nashville in February.
